Get a training quiz question

GET/training-quiz-questions/{id}trainingQuizQuestions.get
A question of a quiz lesson; its correct option is a training quiz key that learners never read. Returns one training quiz question with its `ETag`. A training quiz question the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability knowledge.sop.read.
- OAuth scopes: knowledge.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
