Get a setting value
Settings module
GET/setting-values/{id}settingValues.get
A setting value at one scope. The most specific scope wins unless a lock applies. Returns one setting value with its `ETag`. A setting value the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability org.settings.read.
- OAuth scopes: org.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
