Get a RFQ response line
Procurement module
GET/rfq-response-lines/{id}rfqResponseLines.get
A line of an RFQ response. Returns one RFQ response line with its `ETag`. A RFQ response line the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability procurement.bid.read.
- OAuth scopes: procurement.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
