Get a report run

GET/report-runs/{id}reportRuns.get
A run of a report definition. Returns one report run with its `ETag`. A report run the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability reports.report.read.
- OAuth scopes: reports.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
