Get a report delivery

GET/report-deliveries/{id}reportDeliveries.get
One email of a scheduled report to one recipient: the run made as that member for the slot, and whether the email went out. Written only by the scheduler and the delivery worker. Returns one report delivery with its `ETag`. A report delivery the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability reports.report.read.
- OAuth scopes: reports.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
