Get a record checklist item

GET/record-checklist-items/{id}recordChecklistItems.get
One checklist item of a record. Items are rows, never array positions. Returns one record checklist item with its `ETag`. A record checklist item the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability work.record.read.
- OAuth scopes: work.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
