Get a per diem
Crew module
GET/per-diems/{id}perDiems.get
A per diem allowance for an engagement. Returns one per diem with its `ETag`. A per diem the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability crew.rate_card.read.
- OAuth scopes: crew.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
