Get a payout account
Gateway module
GET/payout-accounts/{id}payoutAccounts.get
Payout details held by the payment provider. XOS stores provider references only. Returns one payout account with its `ETag`. A payout account the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability data.restricted.read.banking.
- OAuth scopes: data.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
