Get an IP allow-list entry

GET/org-ip-allowlist/{id}orgIpAllowlistEntries.get
An allowed network for Atlas and the API. Returns one IP allow-list entry with its `ETag`. A IP allow-list entry the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability org.settings.read.
- OAuth scopes: org.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
