Get a medical encounter

GET/medical-encounters/{id}medicalEncounters.get
A medical encounter. Notes are Restricted, encrypted and never sent to a model. Returns one medical encounter with its `ETag`. A medical encounter the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability data.restricted.read.medical.
- OAuth scopes: data.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
