Get a custom field value

GET/custom-field-values/{id}customFieldValues.get
A custom field value for one row. Returns one custom field value with its `ETag`. A custom field value the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability work.record.read.
- OAuth scopes: work.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
