Get a change order line

GET/change-order-lines/{id}changeOrderLines.get
A line of a change order. Returns one change order line with its `ETag`. A change order line the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability finance.change_order.read.
- OAuth scopes: finance.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
