Get an advance promotion
Advancing module
GET/advance-promotions/{id}advancePromotions.get
A submission promoted into project records, such as a requirement or a fulfillment. Returns one advance promotion with its `ETag`. A advance promotion the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability advancing.packet.read.
- OAuth scopes: advancing.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
