Projects

A project holds one production from first idea to close. Its tabs bring together the schedule, work, people, places and money that belong to it.

Find a project

All projects lists every project you can see. By phase groups them by their current phase, and Portfolio timeline shows their dates side by side. Filter by state or search by name or key.

Create a project

Choose New project, give it a name, a project key and a time zone, and pick its venue and jurisdiction if you know them. The key prefixes every record of the project, such as NWL-42.

Inside a project

• Overview shows the phase, the next gate and what is at risk.
• Gates shows the criteria each gate needs. See Gates.
• Scope is the tree of shows, sites and workstreams.
• Module tabs, such as Schedule, Crew or Logistics, show that module filtered to the project.

Project settings hold the name, dates, currency and time zone. Some settings are locked by your organization; the page shows where a locked value comes from.
