Change your full name and save. Your sign-in email is shown here. This one account works in Gateway, Atlas and Compass for every organization.

Delete your account

Deleting your account signs you out and erases your sign-in, name, profile, devices and preferences. Every organization you work with is told.

Some things stop a deletion until you fix them: an organization's legal hold on your records, being clocked in, or being the only owner of an organization or company account.

What is kept, and why:

• time and pay records, tax forms, and engagement records and signed agreements, for 7 years, as payroll and tax law require
• records you created for an organization, kept without your name
• the security audit trail for 7 years, with your personal details removed after 90 days
• a record that you asked for the erasure

To delete, type your sign-in email to confirm, then confirm again. This cannot be undone. If something blocks the deletion and you need help, contact support.
