Messages

Messages holds every conversation with the organizations you work with: the ones on an engagement and the ones with an organization directly.

Conversations

Each conversation shows the organization, the subject, what it is about and the last activity. Unread conversations are bold with a count. Open one to read and reply; see A conversation.

On a computer the list and the conversation sit side by side. Use the view switcher for the list alone.

Start a conversation

Under Message an organization, choose the organization, write a subject and your message, and send. You can message any organization that has engaged you. To ask about one engagement, use its Messages tab instead, so the conversation stays with that engagement.

Organizations answer here, and you get a notification when they do.
