Read a conversation, reply, and see who from the organization has read it.
A conversation shows every message with who sent it and when. Your own messages sit on one side and the organization's on the other.
Reply
Write in the box under the messages and send. The organization sees it right away.
What else you see
- The organization and the subject at the top. A conversation on an engagement links to that engagement.
- Read by: who from the organization has read the conversation, and when.
Opening a conversation marks it read for you. On a phone, Messages at the top goes back to the list.
