Advance packets
An advance packet gathers what a talent team or vendor must tell you before the show. Send it by secure link; the recipient completes it without an account.
Submissions and riders
Completed packets arrive as submissions. Riders list the technical and hospitality requirements of an act.
Reconciliation
Reconciliation compares each rider requirement with the venue's capability documents. A requirement the venue cannot meet, or one marked UNKNOWN on a critical item, shows as a gap for the next gate.
