Venues

A venue records where a production happens: address, jurisdiction, time zone and capacity. The jurisdiction drives the permits a project needs.

Spaces and zones

Spaces are the rooms, stages and areas of a venue. Zones group spaces for access control and occupancy. Credentials grant access by zone.

Capability documents

Capability documents record what a venue can support, such as power, rigging points and load-in limits. Advancing reconciles riders against them.

Site plans

A site plan is a drawing of a venue with pins for spaces, assets and points of interest. Switch to the table view for an accessible list of every pin.
