List work order bid rows
GET/work-order-bids
A bid on a work order. Returns a cursor page of work order bid rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a work order bid
POST/work-order-bids
A bid on a work order. Creates a work order bid. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a work order bid
GET/work-order-bids/{id}
A bid on a work order. Returns one work order bid with its `ETag`. A work order bid the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a work order bid
PATCH/work-order-bids/{id}
A bid on a work order. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Award a work order bid
POST/work-order-bids/{id}/award
Awards the work order to this bid and closes the other bids. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
