List user capability grant rows
GET/user-capability-grants
A time-boxed capability grant to a person. A person cannot grant themselves a capability. Returns a cursor page of user capability grant rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a user capability grant
POST/user-capability-grants
A time-boxed capability grant to a person. A person cannot grant themselves a capability. Creates a user capability grant. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a user capability grant
GET/user-capability-grants/{id}
A time-boxed capability grant to a person. A person cannot grant themselves a capability. Returns one user capability grant with its `ETag`. A user capability grant the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a user capability grant
PATCH/user-capability-grants/{id}
A time-boxed capability grant to a person. A person cannot grant themselves a capability. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Delete a user capability grant
DELETE/user-capability-grants/{id}
A time-boxed capability grant to a person. A person cannot grant themselves a capability. Soft-deletes the user capability grant: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
