List support session rows

GET/support-sessions

A support session (1060): the client org's Owner lets its partner's staff read the client org for 1 to 24 hours. Partner staff read nothing of a client without one; they never write. Created with supportSessions.grant and ended early with supportSessions.end. Returns a cursor page of support session rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a support session

GET/support-sessions/{id}

A support session (1060): the client org's Owner lets its partner's staff read the client org for 1 to 24 hours. Partner staff read nothing of a client without one; they never write. Created with supportSessions.grant and ended early with supportSessions.end. Returns one support session with its `ETag`. A support session the caller may not see returns 404.

Grant the partner a support session

POST/support-sessions/grant

The client org's Owner (org.support_session.grant) lets its partner's staff read the client org for 1 to 24 hours with a reason (app.grant_support_session). One open session at a time (support_session_active: 422); an org without a partner refuses (support_session_no_partner: 422). Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.

End a support session early

POST/support-sessions/{id}/end

Ends an open session at once (app.end_support_session): the client's Owner or the partner's staff with org.partner.manage. An ended session answers 422 (support_session_ended). Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
