List report schedule recipient rows
GET/report-schedule-recipients
A member of the org a scheduled report is emailed to; each receives it run with their own access, so a report never leaves the org (Section 4.6.4). Returns a cursor page of report schedule recipient rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

A member of the org a scheduled report is emailed to; each receives it run with their own access, so a report never leaves the org (Section 4.6.4). Returns one report schedule recipient with its `ETag`. A report schedule recipient the caller may not see returns 404.
Delete a report schedule recipient
DELETE/report-schedule-recipients/{id}
A member of the org a scheduled report is emailed to; each receives it run with their own access, so a report never leaves the org (Section 4.6.4). Soft-deletes the report schedule recipient: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
