List record watcher rows

GET/record-watchers

A person watching a record for notifications. Returns a cursor page of record watcher rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a record watcher

POST/record-watchers

A person watching a record for notifications. Creates a record watcher. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Delete a record watcher

DELETE/record-watchers/{id}

A person watching a record for notifications. Soft-deletes the record watcher: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
