List record state transition rows

GET/record-state-transitions

An append-only record state transition. Returns a cursor page of record state transition rows the caller may see. The default order is `transitioned_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a record state transition

GET/record-state-transitions/{id}

An append-only record state transition. Returns one record state transition with its `ETag`. A record state transition the caller may not see returns 404.
