List rating rows
GET/ratings
A two-sided rating from a completed engagement, released together or after 14 days. Returns a cursor page of rating rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a rating
POST/ratings
A two-sided rating from a completed engagement, released together or after 14 days. Creates a rating. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a rating
GET/ratings/{id}
A two-sided rating from a completed engagement, released together or after 14 days. Returns one rating with its `ETag`. A rating the caller may not see returns 404.
