List project assignment rows

GET/project-assignments

A person on a project, with scope nodes and dates. Returns a cursor page of project assignment rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a project assignment

POST/project-assignments

A person on a project, with scope nodes and dates. Creates a project assignment. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get a project assignment

GET/project-assignments/{id}

A person on a project, with scope nodes and dates. Returns one project assignment with its `ETag`. A project assignment the caller may not see returns 404.

Update a project assignment

PATCH/project-assignments/{id}

A person on a project, with scope nodes and dates. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.

Delete a project assignment

DELETE/project-assignments/{id}

A person on a project, with scope nodes and dates. Soft-deletes the project assignment: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
