List project assignment role rows

GET/project-assignment-roles

A project role held through a project assignment. Returns a cursor page of project assignment role rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a project assignment role

A project role held through a project assignment. Creates a project assignment role. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

A project role held through a project assignment. Returns one project assignment role with its `ETag`. A project assignment role the caller may not see returns 404.

A project role held through a project assignment. Soft-deletes the project assignment role: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
