List person rows
GET/people
One human, linked to one sign-in. Personal facts are owned by the person. Returns a cursor page of person rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Get a person
GET/people/{id}
One human, linked to one sign-in. Personal facts are owned by the person. Returns one person with its `ETag`. A person the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a person
PATCH/people/{id}
One human, linked to one sign-in. Personal facts are owned by the person. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
