List lost found claim rows
GET/lost-found-claims
A claim on a lost item: the claimant, their contact (Confidential), their proof and how it was settled. Returns a cursor page of lost found claim rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Get a lost found claim
GET/lost-found-claims/{id}
A claim on a lost item: the claimant, their contact (Confidential), their proof and how it was settled. Returns one lost found claim with its `ETag`. A lost found claim the caller may not see returns 404.
Settle a claim
POST/lost-found-claims/{id}/settle
Returns the item to the verified claimant, or rejects the claim with a reason. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
