List goods receipt rows
GET/goods-receipts
A goods receipt against a purchase order. Duplicate receipts are refused. Returns a cursor page of goods receipt rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a goods receipt

A goods receipt against a purchase order. Duplicate receipts are refused. Creates a goods receipt. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a goods receipt
GET/goods-receipts/{id}
A goods receipt against a purchase order. Duplicate receipts are refused. Returns one goods receipt with its `ETag`. A goods receipt the caller may not see returns 404.
