List event rsvp rows

GET/event-rsvps

An invitee's RSVP to an event. Returns a cursor page of event rsvp rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

An invitee's RSVP to an event. Returns one event rsvp with its `ETag`. A event rsvp the caller may not see returns 404.
