List canon version rows

GET/canon/versions

The current canon version and generation. Canon responses are cached by generation. Returns a cursor page of canon version rows the caller may see. The default order is `generation` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon version

GET/canon/versions/{generation}

The current canon version and generation. Canon responses are cached by generation. Returns one canon version with its `ETag`. A canon version the caller may not see returns 404.
