GET/canon/urn-namespaces

A URN kind under `urn:xpms`. Returns a cursor page of canon urn namespace rows the caller may see. The default order is `kind` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon urn namespace

GET/canon/urn-namespaces/{kind}

A URN kind under `urn:xpms`. Returns one canon urn namespace with its `ETag`. A canon urn namespace the caller may not see returns 404.
