List std sop rows

GET/canon/std/sops

A standard operating procedure. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns a cursor page of std sop rows the caller may see. The default order is `sop_id` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a std sop

GET/canon/std/sops/{sop_id}

A standard operating procedure. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns one std sop with its `ETag`. A std sop the caller may not see returns 404.
