List canon locale rows

GET/canon/locales

A supported locale. Returns a cursor page of canon locale rows the caller may see. The default order is `locale_code` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon locale

GET/canon/locales/{locale_code}

A supported locale. Returns one canon locale with its `ETag`. A canon locale the caller may not see returns 404.
