List canon grain rows

GET/canon/grains

Grain: class, unit or lot (Section 3.9). Returns a cursor page of canon grain rows the caller may see. The default order is `grain` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon grain

GET/canon/grains/{grain}

Grain: class, unit or lot (Section 3.9). Returns one canon grain with its `ETag`. A canon grain the caller may not see returns 404.
