List canon escalation index rows

GET/canon/escalation-indices

A price escalation index. Returns a cursor page of canon escalation index rows the caller may see. The default order is `index_id` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon escalation index

GET/canon/escalation-indices/{index_id}

A price escalation index. Returns one canon escalation index with its `ETag`. A canon escalation index the caller may not see returns 404.
