GET/canon/acts

An act: a presentation grouping of gates, never a control point. Returns a cursor page of canon act rows the caller may see. Coded list: the default order is numeric code order by `ordinal`. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon act

GET/canon/acts/{act_code}

An act: a presentation grouping of gates, never a control point. Returns one canon act with its `ETag`. A canon act the caller may not see returns 404.
