List block rows
GET/blocks
A person's block of another person or an organization (Section 4.5.6 Profile Privacy). It hides the blocker's profile from the blocked person and from every member of a blocked organization, and the blocked profile from the blocker. Memberships and engagements are not affected. Returns a cursor page of block rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a block
POST/blocks
A person's block of another person or an organization (Section 4.5.6 Profile Privacy). It hides the blocker's profile from the blocked person and from every member of a blocked organization, and the blocked profile from the blocker. Memberships and engagements are not affected. Creates a block. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a block
GET/blocks/{id}
A person's block of another person or an organization (Section 4.5.6 Profile Privacy). It hides the blocker's profile from the blocked person and from every member of a blocked organization, and the blocked profile from the blocker. Memberships and engagements are not affected. Returns one block with its `ETag`. A block the caller may not see returns 404.
Delete a block
DELETE/blocks/{id}
A person's block of another person or an organization (Section 4.5.6 Profile Privacy). It hides the blocker's profile from the blocked person and from every member of a blocked organization, and the blocked profile from the blocker. Memberships and engagements are not affected. Soft-deletes the block: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
