List application rows
GET/applications
An application to an opportunity, with a consented profile snapshot. Returns a cursor page of application rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create an application
POST/applications
An application to an opportunity, with a consented profile snapshot. Creates an application. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get an application
GET/applications/{id}
An application to an opportunity, with a consented profile snapshot. Returns one application with its `ETag`. A application the caller may not see returns 404.
Transition the application state
POST/applications/{id}/transitions
Moves the application state machine through its transition RPC, which writes its ledger. Applicants may only withdraw; every other transition belongs to the org. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
