List account membership role rows

GET/account-membership-roles

An account role held through an account membership. Returns a cursor page of account membership role rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

An account role held through an account membership. Creates an account membership role. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

An account role held through an account membership. Soft-deletes the account membership role: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
