List access scan rows

GET/access-scans

A credential scan at an access point, validated against the Access Grid. Returns a cursor page of access scan rows the caller may see. The default order is `scanned_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create an access scan

POST/access-scans

A credential scan at an access point, validated against the Access Grid. Creates an access scan. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get an access scan

GET/access-scans/{id}

A credential scan at an access point, validated against the Access Grid. Returns one access scan with its `ETag`. A access scan the caller may not see returns 404.
