Standard reports

Gate Readiness, Coordinate Matrix, Budget versus Actual, Labor, Purchase Order Exposure, Incidents and the Final Cost Report each read live data you can see. The final cost report is produced when a project closes and compares it with its gate 3 baseline.

Objectives and measurement

Objectives and Measurement compares each project's gate 1 objectives with what gate 8 measured, in your units. Without a project filter it shows how every project's objectives stand and each figure across the projects that measured it. An objective reads Met, Not Met, Incomplete (some figures are unmeasured and could still change it) or Unmeasured.

Build a report

1. Open Report Builder and choose a collection.
2. Pick the fields, filters and grouping, then preview.
3. Save it. It appears in Saved Reports.

Totals are aware of missing values: an unknown amount stays unknown instead of counting as zero.

Dashboards and delivery

Create a dashboard, then add saved reports to it as tiles. A saved report can be emailed on a schedule as PDF, CSV or Excel; each recipient receives only what they may see.
