Directory and roles
The directory lists everyone who works with your organization. Roles come from the XOS canon, so staffing ratios and rates line up across projects.
Requisitions and offers
A staffing requisition asks for people in a role for a date range. Once it is approved, send offers; the recipient accepts by secure link.
Agreements
Agreements are signed by the recipient with an access code. A signed agreement cannot be revoked; issue a new agreement to change terms.
Certifications
Certifications record training and licenses with their expiry dates. Expired certifications are flagged and keep people off shifts that need them.
