Turn requisitions into postings, review applicants in the pipeline, and manage engagements to close.
Postings and the pipeline
Publish a requisition as a posting in Gateway. Applicants move through the pipeline on a board: shortlist, interview, offer. A posting in a pay-transparency jurisdiction cannot publish without a pay range.
Pools
Pools are groups of people you have worked with and want to call on again.
Onboarding and engagements
An accepted offer becomes an engagement. Onboarding collects documents and checks; an engagement stays blocked until every required check passes.
Ratings
Both sides rate each other at close. Neither sees the other's rating until both have rated or 14 days pass.
Ratings are always on. Prompt members to rate parties in Settings, Gateway and Marketplace only decides whether members see the engagements waiting for their rating. Turning it off never hides or removes a rating, and you can still rate from the engagement. Ratings are moderated only for abuse or personal data, never for their score.
