• SOPs: write and publish the procedures your team follows. People acknowledge a published SOP. If someone saved a newer version while you were editing, your save is refused so nothing is overwritten.
• Documents: upload the files your team needs. A project's documents are also on its Documents tab.
• Verbiage Library: save clauses and wording you reuse.

Workforce

• Feed: post updates by section. A post can require reading; people acknowledge it, and you see who has not.
• Handbook: publish handbook articles.
• Forms: build forms with conditional logic, required photos and signatures. Crew can complete them in Compass, offline, and each submission becomes a record of the right kind.
• Training: build short courses for your crew.
