Incidents

Anyone on site can report an incident from Compass, even offline, with photos and their location. It is filed once when the device reconnects. A critical incident cannot be closed without a sign-off.

Dispatch board

The dispatch board shows open incidents by state and on the map. Assign responders, move incidents through their states and follow them to close. The table view lists every incident for the keyboard and screen readers.

Emergency codes and radio channels

Emergency codes are the plain-language calls your organization uses in an emergency. Your organization keeps its own copy of the Standard Library's codes: open a code to change its label, the emergency it announces or its place in the list. Radio channels list who talks on which channel. Compass keeps the radio channels and the Standard Library's codes offline; your organization's changes to a code show in Atlas.
