Artists you represent

The roster is for an artist's representative. It lists each artist your agency represents, with the representation's standing: Waiting for the artist, Active, Expired or Revoked.

For each artist

• the scopes the artist granted: Offers, Advance, Settlement or Documents
• when the representation ends
• the artist's engagements, with the organization, dates and state

Open an engagement to work on it for the artist. You see Overview and Messages, plus the tabs of each scope you hold: Offer for Offers; Advance, Rider, Set Times, Hospitality and Guest List for Advance; Settlement for Settlement; and Documents for Documents.

Represent a new artist

Ask the artist to share their Gateway profile with your agency. You then propose the representation, and the artist accepts it in Gateway, where it appears on their Home. Company settings, Representation lists every representation and lets you revoke one.
