Guest list

The guests on your list, their plus-ones and state, and adding a guest.

Guest List is for artists. The list shows each guest with their plus-ones, any note and their state: Requested, Approved, Declined or Checked in. The total counts every guest and plus-one.

Add a guest

  1. Write the guest's name.
  2. Choose the number of plus-ones, from 0 to 20.
  3. Add a note for the production if needed, then Add guest.

The production confirms each guest before the show. At the door, staff check guests in, and the time appears here.

This tab opens when the engagement becomes Active, after onboarding, and closes when it completes or is canceled.
